Damage and Asset Loss Policy

This policy defines how technical damage, asset loss, and bond adjustments are handled across activation, movement, and deactivation workflows.

Minor Wear and Tear

Normal wear from regular usage is expected. Cosmetic marks are reviewed during deactivation and usually resolved through standard inspection without escalation.

Functional Damage

If an asset has functional damage, repair cost is assessed after diagnostics. Asset-bond adjustment applies up to the assessed amount, with a complete invoice trail.

Major Damage or Loss

For severe damage or loss, incident details and formal complaint records may be required. Final liability is computed after insurer and service-partner verification.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with an assessment, raise a grievance within 7 days with photos, timeline details, and order reference. The review log is shared with a final decision note.
